RESERVATION & PAYMENT POLICIES

The company Ecomanu Expedition EIRL, offers tourist services according to the needs of visitors and aims that visitors enjoy the most of their stay in our country. That is why we recommend that you read this document carefully and comply with its recommendations.

This is a contract between you and Ecomanu Expedition, by contracting a service with Ecomanu Expedition, you agree to the terms and conditions described in this document, including cancellation policies and certain limitations of Ecomanu Expedition’s liability in certain situations.

1. Reservation confirmation

We recommend making your reservation at least 30 days in advance. Ecomanu Expedition requests certain information from the passengers usually by email, plus a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the tour, which must be made at least 20 days before the tour starts. Only once the deposit has been made will you receive our reconfirmation of the services you requested, and only then does this contract come into effect. The total payment will be made 2 days before the start of the tour. Ecomanu Expedition can confirm last minute reservations, as long as there is availability on the requested dates and it is convenient to do so.

2. Customer data

Ecomanu Expedition requires information from the clients, such as: copy of passport, hotel where they will be staying, indicate if any client is vegetarian, flight schedule information if necessary, WhatsApp phone number (only if necessary).

All passengers are subject to a cancellation penalty, which is applied as follows:

  • If the client wishes to change the date of the reservation, and informs us at least 20 days before the start of the tour, this will be possible, as long as Ecomanu Expedition confirms that changes can be made (Manu tours).
  • If the passenger is not able to travel and notifies Ecomanu Expedition at least 20 to 15 days before the start of the tour, Ecomanu Expedition can refund the money minus 20%, since this percentage will be used for shipping and administrative expenses.
  • If the passenger cancels the tour up to 15 – 06 days before the tour, 50% of the total deposit will be refunded. This applies only to our Manu tours.
  • If the passenger cancels the tour up to 05 – 03 days before the tour, 20% of the total deposit will be refunded. This applies only to our Manu tours.
  • If the passenger wishes to cancel the tour within 48 hours before the start of the tour, there is no refund, it is No Show. Because by then everything is already organized and we cannot cancel any service.

The money deposit can be sent by WESTERN UNION, PAYPAL, VISA ONLINE or to our bank account (if you are in Peru). We accept US Dollars and Soles at the exchange rate of the day.

4. Changes in the tour

Ecomanu Expedition, reserves the right to modify the order of the services and/or activities, accommodations, whenever it sees the need to make such changes, either for reasons of weather or reasons beyond the company’s control. These changes may arise only if the company sees the need to do so.

5. Children

Ecomanu Expedition offers a special 20% discount for children from 04 to 08 years old, under the responsibility of their parents.

6. Released

ECOMANU EXPEDITION offers 01 (one) free from 20 paying passengers. And 10% discount for the TC from 10 paying passengers.

7. EXPEDICIÓN ECOMANU.

ECOMANU EXPEDITION acts only as an agent in the capacity of the conditions it exercises within the scope of the agreement. ECOMANU EXPEDITION is not responsible for any illness, injury, damage, loss of objects that are due to negligence of the participant or natural disasters, or for any changes that may exist in the accommodations, changes in transportation schedules, strikes, etc.
